Yes! It doesn’t matter if you are a business owner that serves individuals, privately-owned small businesses, larger corporations, or government agencies. All minority women business owners are very welcome.
Q: Do I have to own 100% of my business?
Absolutely NOT. We don’t care about that. If you are a partner with someone – a friend, a significant other, etc. we would absolutely love for you to join us.
Q: Can I cancel my membership?
No. Memberships are non-refundable and you are a member until your renewal date. Before registering, please review the Membership Benefits area to make sure that you are interested in becoming a NAMWE member.

Janet took the principles of Lean and reinterpreted them for all business owners – whether they serve individuals, small businesses, corporations, or government agencies. This blueprint also works for companies with 1 solopreneur and companies with several employees.
Q: Can I work with Janet Johnson privately for NAMWE Success Blueprint Training?
Yes. A few times a year, Janet will offer opportunities for one-on-one training. NAMWE members must submit an application for one-on-one training.
